Garment Returns Policy
If your corset is the wrong size, we can replace it provided you return it to us intact and unworn. All returns must be in re-saleable condition. Goods must be returned within fourteen working days. Please retain all postage receipts and parcel tracking codes as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please notify us if your garment is faulty. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will reimburse your postage cost. Please return garments by Royal Mail and provide postal receipts. We cannot pay priority, or courier service charges.
Items we are unable to exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, Made to Measure or Made to Order items. If you are not completely happy with your personalised order, we will be glad to help.
Please note, to check that you have received the correct size, please try your corset on over a vest so that it is kept clean in case you need to exchange it or alter it. For reasons of hygiene we cannot exchange or refund worn items. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund any items that have been worn or damaged, smelling of smoke, perfume etc.
If you change your mind about your purchase please contact us when you receive it. We may be able to replace your purchase with another item if you return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 working days, and we will offer you an exchange or credit note. We cannot refund the original cost of postage to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you change your mind about the order you have placed, please give written notice within 14 days of the day after receipt of the goods or within 14 days of the day after your agreement to proceed with a Made to Measure Order.
Exchange of items
All postage/shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the customer wishing to exchange products.
